The plumber came in looked at what I needed done. Explained about the bath tub. snaked out the toilet and everything is working fine.

Technician arived on_time & got to work right away. He begin replacing the part he ordered. Upon getting the new part in, he discovered an additional part was also bad. He promptly ordered it and scheduled a time to return. In the meantime we can use the stove.

Although it was an expensive repair, it had to be done. The tech was very good and had all the right equipment except for the flange but I guess you can’t have everything on the truck. Appreciate that Sun was able to send someone out the same day. I would definitely use Sun again.
