Jason performed a thorough analysis,, found the issue and recommended replacing the faulty unit as the proper solution. Jason had the replacement unit with him and installed it quickly, efficiently and correctly. He kept us fully informed of his actions as he was installing the unit, tested it, and cleaned up the work site once finished (less than 1 hour)!
