The service technician sent , Ben was very prompt and polite. When I made the appointment I should have asked the cost of the services I required. I did not and was totally shocked at how high the quote was. I should have said no thank you but did not. I had Ben install a new toilet which was already in the vicinity of the bathroom. It cost over $500. I also wanted a bathroom sink faucet replaced . Already there same amount of holes. Seemed like a very simple job for a plumber. Was quoted over $400 just for that. I needed a new hot water heater and called about 9pm on a Tuesday night and Sun Plumbing was promptly at my house the next morning with a new heater all ready to be installed. We did not expect that. Chris the technician did a great job and was extremely thorough. We have used them in the past for toilet issues and also had them remove a garbage disposal and replace a split sink with a large single sink. This is the only company I fully trust and will be requesting Chris in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Ben, our technician, was wonderful. He was on time, listened to our issues, properly diagnosed and fixed the problems, all while keeping us informed with what needed repairing, who long it would take, the cost, as well as answered our questions. He discovered that one of the toilets was not working properly and needed a part to fully repair it. He departed for the shop and returned quickly with the part which fully fixed the problem. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and did a great job! Thanks, Ben!
