The person came out and found were the leak was and did the repair.seeing the water heat was just put in on Nov of 2025, it was under warranty. So I didn't have to pay for the repair. Which I was very happy . The young man even clean up the floor wear the water had leaked at which was very thoughtful.

Great technician. Very knowledgeable. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and he was RIGHT! Tested the frozen switch and it worked. Got our water back in about 15 minutes. Terrific experience!
