When Service call to address issue with reverse osmosis system failed to fully resolve problem, contacted Sun Plumbing and arranged for followup service which identified problems and action to remedy same. Very pleased with Tech Jason and his outstanding ability to quickly diagnose our issue and fix the RO. The follow through performance by Sun Plumbing was most evident and appreciated on this occasion.

When I saw Ed drive up in his big truck, I knew he must have had every tool he would need for my job. Ed has a great attitude and a happy demeanor, as he listened to my problem I could see he was thinking and offered a few comments to verify his thoughts. He got right to work and in a few minutes called me over and showed me a clogged fixture.
