This review will not be great at the start, but please read on. I utilized Sun Plumbing 19 yrs. ago and twice again within 6 yrs. of that initial service. The quality of work was good, but I am a true believer in excellence of customer service. The technician all those years ago was arrogant and rude. I received a gas bill which showed my usage was 4 times the normal month, call the gas company but they refused to send someone out to check for leaks. I then called Sun Plumbing and they were very responsive and sent someone right out to my house and resolved the problem. Special thanks to Bruno. Chris was professional and very knowledgeable! After he fixed my toilet I had another question and expected to get a ballpark price and then schedule it for a future date - nope! Chris was able to give me a quote and fix it right then! He was wonderful!
