Jacob has gone out of his way and went beyond his duty to get all the paperwork done. I will recommend him to everyone. He was in full contact with me when he needed something and when I couldn't find the paperwork he needed he went beyond his needs to make sure that I had it all. He was very professional when he called for info.

We were referred to jacob Franich thru another office. He was friendly from the start, always called when he said he would, and very helpful answering our questions thru out the entire loan process. I would recommend him highly if and when I know of anyone needing help in refinancing their house/property

He responded to call's or text's quickly (Even on Saturday). He was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. He did not have to do any double checking. Prompt in his follow up. If he said he was going to call on a certain day or time he did. No hassle and he did not pressure or rush us in any way. Would work with him again.
