I had a question about my property tax **** being paid on time and Miracle made sure that she answered my question to the best of her ability, as well as, provide me with advice on how taxes are normally paid by SWMC.

SWMC is very responsive to account review requests to reduce/recalculate my mortgage escrow after a property tax change. The personnel I've encountered so far are knowledgeable of the loan, escrow, and other aspects of my account...gave me impression of personal touch to customer service.
