Sun West Mortgage Company has been terrible to work, they do not value you as a costumer. On more than one occasion communication has broken down, they require documentation for your account but never tell you about it. You will be stuck in limbo wondering why it has taken so long to resolve your issue, only to find out that months/weeks/days ago they identified a missing document in your file, stalling resolution, but you won't be notified until you reach out to them. The 2 individuals we worked with gave us conflicting requirements from the start. The first two requirements were completely different. We responded "we're not robots", what do you want us to do? They never answered our respond so we just watched and listened to the e-mails and messages and phone calls wondering, IS SOMEONE REALLY LISTENING on the other side? We just QUIT!!!!
I never have any issue when speaking with Sunwest Motgage about my account.

Sun west continues to add escrow payments to my account. They wait until they are over $2000.00 and then spreads them out over 3 years. My mortgage has gone from 2300.00 to 2600.00 in the last 3 years. Not sure if this is legal, but they seem to have found another niche in the mortgage saga. How is the government allowing this to happen? This seems to be a way that they recoup the depreciation of interest rates and the Veterans Loans (VA) are being shocked by this carelessness. you do the math $200 -300 a month for 30 years ... read more

The escrow account for your mortgage loan was set up to pay the property taxes and homeowners insurance premiums when they become due. On 5/08/2019, I received a call from a representative at Sun West Mortgage asking if I was selling my house. I had been in the process of a private sale for a few days but had not notified Sun West. About an hour before I received this call, I found out that the realtor orchestrating the sell was actually trying to scam me out of my home.
