I WAS HAVING TROUBLE SIGNING INTO MY ACCOUNT TRIED TO RESET PASSWORD TO NO AVAIL, SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN HELPING ME RESET MY PASSWORD USING MY CELL PHONE NOT MY COMPUTER.

I've been a Sun West customer for several years. No major issues up until the past six weeks. I started a VA refinance in early April 2022 for an additional property I own. Sun West locked in a rate and we started the refi process. From there it has been an absolute disaster. I'm supposed to close this week I can not get a response back from ANYONE. The rate lock expires tomorrow and after six weeks of slow/no responses, no one at the company seems to care. My impression is that Sun West wants the application to fall through... read more

called to find out where my escrow refund was....they said they mailed it on MARCH 7, 2022....I never got it...they will cancel that check and do a direct deposit. ******** was very polite, professional and got everything taken care of. Good employees are hard to find.... keep her as an employee at Sun West Mortgage.*************************

This company is possibly the most aggravating company I have ever dealt with in my 75 years on this earth. They are handling the reverse mortgage that was held by my mother-in-law until her passing in November of 2021. We get continual threats by mail and posted on her front door that the property is abandoned and they are going to take action. In fact, the house is empty and was being prepared for sale, and as of last week it is sold and we are awaiting a closing date. We talk with one of their representatives on a weekly b... read more

My contact with customer service was unproductive, the officer was inaccurate, and a follow-up call I requested from an employee was never never made, according to Sunwest.However, this afternoon I followed-up and an employee spent 30 minutes evaluating my account and providing a clear explanations of my account status.Considering the adverse effects that covid had had upon staffing in many work settings, and the time it took to assess my account, today I rated the quality of service very high.

I have been trying to get my refinanced loan through closing for the past month and a half. I was told that it would take roughly 30 days at the very beginning of December and it has been a fight ever since. I first had to fight with them over my home owners insurance that I have had for the past 2 years. They kept saying that it wasnt high enough for their standards which was fine but they wouldnt call me to explain what they meant by that and what I needed to do to fix the issue.
