On 5/08/2019, I received a call from a representative at Sun West Mortgage asking if I was selling my house. I had been in the process of a private sale for a few days but had not notified Sun West. About an hour before I received this call, I found out that the realtor orchestrating the sell was actually trying to scam me out of my home.
