I had been contacted by Erick Q******.... the communication was none existent. I had tried to contact him through phone calls and email and he haven't contacted me in 4 days after numerous attempts to communicate with him. I am at my wits end. Things don' work if there is no communication!! NO stars would be generous

I wish I had read reviews of this company before trying to do business with them. Zero stars would be generous. The lack of communication was beyond unprofessional - I practically had to beg our loan officer, John M*****, to email me back. Here are all of the things that we were promised IN WRITING that did not happen: 1. You will not need to make a mortgage payment in July or August. We will close by July 9! 2. Sun West Mortgage Company is hands down the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with and I deal with mortgage companies almost on a daily basis. On the 44th day of a 45 day closing they notify us that the buyer of my property will not be able to close the next day. Ten days go by and they do not return any emails, phone calls, or text to notify any party involved of what the status of the loan is. I would give zero stars if that were an option. The lack of communication with this company is amazing. We are 8 days past the original closing date without a solid closing date in sight. It took me 4 days and calling up the corporate ladder to finally get some movement on a long in progress. I ask for specific details and they give me some BS run around and won’t answer my questions directly. Steer clear and use a local lender.

Very very unprofessional staff who are not educated on proper customer service. They give incorrect information and not very helpful with solutions to errors that are made by them.

Vanessa M******* was my buyers loan officer. From Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. NMLS 3277 She lacked communication skills as well as offering proper information. She did not keep herself fully informed on her clients end as well as the contract at hand. She was oblivious of the contingency on the sale even though it is stated on the contract. Sun West Mortgage Company has been terrible to work, they do not value you as a costumer. On more than one occasion communication has broken down, they require documentation for your account but never tell you about it. You will be stuck in limbo wondering why it has taken so long to resolve your issue, only to find out that months/weeks/days ago they identified a missing document in your file, stalling resolution, but you won't be notified until you reach out to them. The 2 individuals we worked with gave us conflicting requirements from the start. The first two requirements were completely different. We responded "we're not robots", what do you want us to do? They never answered our respond so we just watched and listened to the e-mails and messages and phone calls wondering, IS SOMEONE REALLY LISTENING on the other side? We just QUIT!!!!
