I received 2 letters, 1 from my Mortgage **** the other from the County Property Tax People, both really confused me. 1st call to County verified my my Veteran Disability Exemption was active, 2nd call to Mortgage Co. I expressed to the young man my very need of clarity of the matter, he was totally patient about my concerns and Disability, he looked into the Issue with my Increased Payment and why, he laid it out so simply to me and I fully understood then, and with his recommendation, of what I needed to follow up on for t... read more
