My conversation with ****** was very professional and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me the documents I requested. She emailed me my tax forms and closing papers then walked me thru the process of using the password and printing the documents.

We used Sun West twice now within our family. In both circumstances they were great to work with. We received a great rate and were able to close a complicated purchase on time. At one point a year later, as our ESCROW increased, we missed the increase. They called and asked about this, assisted us in correcting the issue promptly, without event. We have been very pleased with Sun West, would use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes until I decided to have a call. back. In less than 10 minutes I had a call back and talked to *********************** who was able to send me thru e mail my February statement which I didn't receive thru mail. He also informed me the tax document was mailed Jan 25, 2022. As of this date, Jan. 31 , i haven't received it so I'll wait then. ***************** was pleasant and knowledgeable. Next time I call, I'll just select option- call back instead of holding.
