I spoke with Miracle who provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was extremely kind and handled everything quick and professionally. She didnt make me wait for the other person that left me a voicemail, she said she would attempt to help me since he was not available and she did exactly that. I received 2 letters, 1 from my Mortgage **** the other from the County Property Tax People, both really confused me. 1st call to County verified my my Veteran Disability Exemption was active, 2nd call to Mortgage Co.
