I had a great experience refinancing my home. The process was quick and painless! Most of all, the service was good. I never felt dismissed, lied to, or rushed. ***** was my rep and he was very responsive both during and after the process. Typically, companies only follow up when there is negative feedback but I actually received ANOTHER call from different employee thanking me for my positive responses; and he was ridiculously pleasant. This morning on the 31st of January 2021, I was the phone with one of Sun West Mortgage representative name ******* She helped to retrieve my 2020 tax information, and also set up my account with the Mortgage Company. I want to seize this opportunity to express my gratitude for her help in guiding me through this process. She is not only helpful and patient, but also very knowledgeable in the field.
I work for a competing Lender, and when i called in to obtain a payoff, my service rep was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me to get the job done! This was an impressive experience. First to speak to a human, and secondly to be able to obtain what I needed without having to fax in or email my request, a nd then sit and wait. Instant customer service!
They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Love that you actually speak to a person.
