Loan originationdepartment leaves alot to be desired when it comes to customer service. Very poor experience with my loan service provider...lack of communication and follow through. After trying to reach him multiple times regarding assistance, I finally wrote a not so complimentary email to customer service and finally got a call back from a supervisor and he helped me. I appreciated that, expected it but still appreciated getting a call and immediate "service" . There is some redemption for SWMC
Very friendly and professional. Also very informative on different options provided for different needs! A great experience with them and highly recommend their services!!
