We have had a great experience so far with SunWest Mortgage Company. Before we came to Sun West, we had issues with another mortgage company trying to refinance our house (over 4mos of trying). Got a recommendation to try SunWest and we closed withing 40days of starting the refi process all over again. Our first payment was due on Jan 1. We mail the check and it apparently did not make it. Sun West was easy to work with. They were ready to close me much earlier but my attorney was fully booked for 6 weeks. Very professional and very polite at all times. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

Sun west , call me to refinance, I was a little concerned with all the fraud , but after talking to Paz and the information we discussed lead me to believe and understand that this was a real concern for keeping my business. The experience was great, they made it supper easy to transfer the loan and start with a great rate.. Id recommend sun west to any home buyer or refinanced. Better than the main banks and easy to deal with.. they say what you need and complete what they say!
