Excellent company! From the time I applied for a home loan, through closing and now after I moved in the new home, I received great service. The most recent experience was with Miracle, she is awesome. Knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, making sure she understood my concerns and very helpful. She went above and beyond. Miracle works Miracles. I was done with Sunwest for a second until Miracle took my call. She has been very helpful and responsive. Had some issues with my mortgage profile and she has been very patient and helpful dealing with a angry customer. I will continue to only deal with her!

Sunwest company itself have been wonderful weve had no problems with them. People really make a company and they have the most wonderful agent(dont know his exact role) but he answered and took care of us so well. I mean he was friendly spoke well educated us followed up, I couldnt have asked for a better person. His name is ****/******, and hes amazing I cant thank him enough. Great job guys!

I started out hitting brick walls every time I tried to get in touch with anyone by telephone. Id spent 3 days, fighting the voicemail system, waiting on hold just to be hung up on. Waiting for a call back. I was over all of it. Then a wonderful miracle answered the phone. Literally Miracle. She was patient, kind, understanding and more than helpful.
