I had a truly exemplary and positive experience while working with Richard Worley. He walked me through the refinance process, provided assistance in clearing up any queries I had pertaining to my loan, including numbers, the length of time for processing, and closing. His team was extremely efficient and helpful in sending me all the pertinent documents in a timely manner especially considering the 3 hour difference and being across the country (I'm on EST) which helped process and close my loan quickly. Rich was always available via phone or text to answer any questions I had especially when it was convenient for me which in this time and age is unprecedented. His immediate responsiveness, extensive knowledge, attention to detail, follow-through, time and dedication made him a pleasure to work with and I would gladly recommend him to family or friends or anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service, a quick closing and a caring and consummate professional. I would gladly work with him again.

We worked with Richard (probably longer than he would have liked, because of me LOL) and had a wonderful experience! Richard is patient, consistent, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy to work with. He not only worked with my husband and I once, but twice on two refinances. I've lost friends in real estate deals, I think I've made a friend in this one!

Richard was very helpful any questions i had he was always there to help me. made sure i understood and told me if i later had a question to call him any time .when all was said and done i was very secure in all his knowledge and making sure i had the information correct about the loan and that i felt secure. i was very grateful how he was always there when i wasn't sure on something.
