Sun West Mortgage is a great company. They gave me my first mortgage and they gave me my first refinance as well. They have worked with me through the *** and downs of my health and I appreciate their professionalism. Today, one of the agents called me and her name was Miracle. She was so easy to talk to and helped me resolved my concerns and helped me process my payment over the phone. I called today very frustrated and flustered and he walked me thru the process of resetting my password and getting my payment made in the **** of time. I am so appreciative of his assistance.
