Very good experience refinancing an investment home. Great communication, efficient and quick to respond. Only negative is it took longer than it should have, but reduced the rate add they went down.

I spoke with an extremely patient, empathic and helpful representative today during a potential identity theft issue. She gave me peace of mind after thoroughly reviewing all aspects of my account with her supervisor. She also provided me with her contact information for future use about this issue which was wonderful as I won’t have to rehash the situation with someone else in any follow-up calls.
