Don't understand why the rep needed to visit us. Only talked about sports. We thought we were going to be shown/ walked thru the new website. But, he did give us the free vacation as promised.

When we sat through the presentation and felt that it was not something that was for us, they had to " do their job" and get the finance guy to work with us. I told them at least a half dozen times we just could not commit to it right now. Finally they left us leave and had to offer us a very low, bottom of the barrel offer. I still was not able to commit at this point. So we left. If you don't want to drop a large amount of money for future vacation, don't even go take an evening of time and listen. I was told one thing on the phone and something different in person. I was informed that I won a prize and could give it as a gift. I was told I would have to pay taxes of $55-$80/person. I Was told had to go to Sundance office for a meeting for about an hr and I could schedule my vacation there and pay taxes there. When I arrived, I found out it was a "promotion" and I had to attend a seminar up to an hr and half with multiple people.
