I was told one thing on the phone and something different in person. I was informed that I won a prize and could give it as a gift. I was told I would have to pay taxes of $55-$80/person. I Was told had to go to Sundance office for a meeting for about an hr and I could schedule my vacation there and pay taxes there. When I arrived, I found out it was a "promotion" and I had to attend a seminar up to an hr and half with multiple people. It was great meeting with you all. Hospitality was remarkable ugh respect.
The guy giving us our presentation was awesome just didn't like the Shady deals the manager tried pulling even though we said we didn't have the money to be able to put down and 2nd no pre warning that there wouldn't need to be money put down that day to get a special deal and very pushy for the deals by the manager but the guy giving us our presentation was awesome and I will give him 10 out of 10
While our salesman, Kevin, was fabulous, the "feels" presentation and high pressure sales push (ie. Impulse buy) gave the impression of a scam. It your product is good, it should stand up to 24 hours of thought or a simple priceline search.
The presentation was good. But our sales person wouldn’t provide us with an explanation on how to cancel or buy out of a contract if needed. He only wanted a sale. Even though the price is good rooms are dirty and outdated. Do not expect much.
This honestly seems like a huge scam. You ask for a huge sum of money up front, then ask for additional money for every vacation that doesn’t even include travel expenses all while you have to pay $400 a year just to keep the vacations. Additionally we were told that our free vacation would be no more than $50-$80 a person and it is actually closer to $100 per person. I was told that it was not a scam to buy anything.
Didn’t like that you had to make an on the spot decision without being able to do any research. And when I asked if the company went under I was given no answer about my investment Just kept getting a new deal.
This seemed like a too good to be true thing. Went thru presentation and talking to representative total time 11/2 then to a room with a folder we read the back of the information about our FREE trip only to see our trip wasn’t free at all. cost per person was $200 to $299 with all kinds of fees. Very disappointing!
