I have been trying to cancel my membership. It has only been about 6 hours since I sat in your presentation. I need someone to contact me to cancel my service immediately.
I never got the confirmation email about the trip we won and I feel it was a gimmick rushed into trying to buy something that most ppl may not have the money for this is not good marketing period
Wasn't able to meet with reps because my husband wasn't available. Wasn't told that when I first talked with reps. Not very happy at the moment. When I first got this package I was single and it shouldn't have anything to to with anything since I'm the one that's paying for this every month.
I I really can't say that I have an opinion with Sunday ads because I haven't used any chips from Sundance but I have looked at some of the properties that's been offered buy Sundance for vacation unless things have changed I think Sunday and Steve update their properties I'll look for one at the Wisconsin Dells in it was not inviting at all
We had stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort a couple years ago and had a great time. We just revisited and were very disappointed. As soon as we entered our room, we immediately noticed it was not fully cleaned. We continued to find sand and hair throughout the space and we were only there for two days. The bathroom door was also broken off the hinges and the threshold was ripped loose. The door could not be closed. It’s just looked dirty and there was no electric for 4 to 5 hours the first day the cards to enter my room didn’t work the 3 day I was there. The controllers in the room didn’t work and asked someone to come fix them because seemed like they needed batteries and they said they were fine so I went to the store bought batteries myself and the controllers worked so inconvenient.
The accommodations were below standard. I would not recommend this facility.
We are a blended African American family of 6 and was sent to a racist area! We were the only minorities in the entire town, we were stared and laughed at. Instead of enjoying a week a way from the city, we spent our time explaining to our 7 and 10 year old what racism means. They were so sad. Most homes had big stars and or Confederate flag up. I will never vacation with this company again! Big Mistake!
As usual your units are nicely appointed but just not clean. I was sure to send a photo to Tan and have already spoken with them. The drip pan on the stove was filthy. I was afraid to use it as my concern was fire due to the caked on grime. The primary bathroom floor had no rug in front of the sink but the rubber from the bottom of the mat that was probably there previously was stuck to the floor. Not nice!
