I got a call to visit Sundance vacations, after-winning a entry form I filled up at a country fair. After hearing a presentation which lasted 3 hours we decided not to go with their marketing strategy, where you pay upfront for vacation days and then you pay at the time of booking, monthly fee, yearly fee, customer service fee. I am very disappointed with Sundance after a visit by two individuals Dane and Dan I believe. They made me aware of the VIP upgrade which I thought sounded like a great program but I was not sure if it was something I could afford at the moment and wouldn't know until December as I am transitioning into a new career. I was told by them that I have until my first payment, about two months from time of transaction or this November which was January to cancel with no obligation thereafter. Your financing at 16.75% interest is obscene, and none of your statements can be verified as factual. Typical high pressure sales B S. I was never told on the initial phone call that I had to sit through a presentation to get my free award. You should be ashamed for scamming people like that. And do not contact me for more info as this explanation should be clear.
It's a big scam. I was told one thing over the phone, then sat there for two hours and in the end got absolutely nothing for my time. Would never recommend to anyone.
When I joined this vacation club it was already an expense I should of passed up. It serms pretty insincere to ask for more money for services you should already be providing!!!!!!!
Uncomfortable to have people come to your home and ask for $25000 in half hour . I know people do it but I think it’s way to pushy and awkward . I asked questions and the sakes guy asked me if I ever go on the internet . Really ? They didn’t have an interest in updating me on my current plan as was promised . I found the couple to be naive and ignorant .in fact once explained it wasn’t going to work for us and why , he pulled the folders out of our hands and said he would recycle them . The entire experience was a turnoff .
They did what they said they would do. Show me a way to save money on vacations. And no high end sale pressure. They offer a good product if it is right for you.
Because of the low (*and I mean unbelievable low) quality of our room in Wildwood, New Jersey ........... my husband refuses to ever plan another vacation through TAN ............. he has called and cancelled our membership ................ I am heartbroken as I feel we threw away $5000. and the two years of annual membership fees down the toilet ................ but I have to agree ............
