The hotel was just okay, at best. The room had 2 queen beds which we knew when we booked. One bed had a blanket. The other bed did not. The blanket on the one bed looked like it was very old or moths had gotten to it. It was worn and had holes throughout. Housekeeping was great however , we did have to request make daily requests which she quickly filled...a tv remote as we didn’t have one, extra towels because they only provided 2 and they were extremely thin, additional shampoo and conditioner. Horrible ! Horrible! and Horrible!
The room were filthy, dust all around the lamp shades, you could tell this by the caked up dust surrounded over the lamp globes above the mirror. No shower curtains.. The bath room was small, which had a glass partition; I assume it was used instead of providing shower curtains, There were no bath tub matts. God help us if either one of us woukld have slipped, because there were nothing to hold on to; we would have crashed right through the glass causing all kinds of fatal cuts and bruieses. To start we haven't yet stayed in a room that you shown when we signed on. The last place was very small. The fridge was something you would have in a college dorm did not accommodate a weeks worth of groceries. The shower liner had mold and also the shower handle. Insufficient lighting. The place could have used an upgrade. The pool was near a trash bin that made the pool experience a smelly one. The rooms we have seen on line don't compare to the ones we stayed at. I wasn’t happy that no one gave us the code to get into the gate and no one told us it was on the 2nd level. Also, no one told us which parking space to park and we had people leaving us nasty notes under the windshield saying to never park in this spot again. Also, we killed two roaches which was very gross. I hope next time someone will give us this important information and exterminate.
The unit we were given was old, outdated, buggy and worst of all uncomfortable.
Cons: after having driven 13 hours to get there we arrived in the morning 8am and check in wasn't until 5pm tried calling to check in earlier no one answered threw out the day during open hours then the lady was rude and ended up giving us the wrong keys and the wrong address. Then the entire week the people staying above us was making noise as if the were moving furniture during hours between 10pm and 3am every night! I don't like Sundance vacation because I pay more then my friends they pay less them me
Although the condo unit inside was pretty clean, the outside looked a little dated with a sharp edge sticking out by the stairs and almost cut my son as he was taking the steps up tobthe 4th floor. The walls in the master bedroom bathroom needs a new coat of paint. There was extreme rust by the toilet. The wall hanging kept falling off the wall in the girls room and almost fell on my daughter when she was sleeping.
