This was a “ buyer beware” situation for me. I have been there a couple times previously with family members who have had a timeshare for 30 years and always stayed in nice quarters. This time I paid for my own one bedroom. I was put into a studio “ cave” with no window. That was NOT what was advertised. Of course, I was unable to get it changed. The ocean view is fantastic. La habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones, aunque me habría encantado von vista al mar. El trato de todo el personal fue excelente, la comida deliciosa y las instalaciones muy cómodas y bien cuidadas. Gracias por hacerme sentir tan apapachada.
El personal es muy amable y servicial
The beach at this hotel was gorgeous. We left a hotel close to Mamitas Beach because of the sargassum and the smell and color. We made our way down to this hotel and it was wonderful. The staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the area was very quiet and cozy. Will definitely be back. We typically stay in the busier area of town, but a taxi ride was 10-15 min away and cost $100-200 pesos.
