Nice property. Customer service needed
The staff, especially the wait staff in dining room, Julissa, Genaro, Guillermo, Rigoberto, and Noe were professional and very friendly. Great service. Liked food in all inclusive due to quality and menu driven, not buffets(except breakfast, but did have cook to order items as well). Pool loungers were too low to ground, too close together, had to crawl in and out of them. Only had one bar (Pool ) and the liquers and mixers were the worst I have ever had. Only had one beer Dos XX Amber. Not my favorite Mexican beer.
Friendly staff, my king bed room was sufficient. Smelled old, couch had mold. Check in was fine, pool and jacuzzi is not heated. All inclusive saved lots of $, lunch menu really nice dinner not great. Only keg beer. The hotel layout of the pool and beach was nice, mostly timeshare folks older crowd. 10 minutes walk to 5th Ave for shopping and restaurants. Taxi only back to Airport $100! Or ADO bus.
Beachfront beauty Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near the ferry and beach outside our door. Loved it there and would go back.

It would be nice if they offered night activities and the bar closes to early. overall the place is nice and the staff was great.
