Esta ubicado en la mejor zona de playa, playacar, pero el hotel me da una sensación como asilo de ancianos, bueno para retirarse. La comida normal.

No vino el bellboy a llevar las maletas al cuarto, tardaron demasiado en atender en el bar y a la hora de la comida. Las habitaciones son buenas, y es ideal para personas mayores de 50 años. Jamás tuvieron piñas coladas, comentando en una hora traerían ingredientes para hacerlas. Nunca llegaron los ingredientes y me fui del hotel y jamás tuve una piña colada. Sunset Fishermen : Si j'avais su !! J'ai reservé une chambre avec vue sur l'eau, SDB privée avec un bain à remous et une douche séparée. On nous a attribué une chambre, avec vue sur le parking, mal entretenue, douche simple avec eau chaude en fonction de l'heure, climatisation en panne, et le minibar avait disparu ! Quant au Wi-Fi de l'hôtel, il fonctionne en fonction des bugs du serveur... D'autres clients ont été envoyés à leur arrivée sans autre forme d'explication dans un "autre grand complexe". Was over booked We booked our trip through expedia and wanted to stay in town of Playa. When we got to the hotel we waited hours to be checked in only to find out that they were overbooked and we were sent to Tres Rios that is out of town. The whole reason we wanted to stay at Sunset Fishermen is the location and we were very disappointed that we were not able to spend our vacation that we planned in town.
