Pleasant surprise The staff was awesome! Reception could have been more helpful/happy to serve us, but the rest of the staff was wonderful. Location is ideal. Fab views. Loved being able to walk to Playa del Carmen in 29 minutes. Great beach.
Rapport qualité prix un peu cher. L Hôtel est bien situé, la plage est très belle mais c est la course pour avoir des transats le matin. Le personnel est très agréable, la reception etait un peu perdu concernant notre arrivée mais au bout de 2 jours on a eu la bonne chambre et le all inclusif. Et aussi le wifi apres une bonne prise de tete. Je trouve que l hôtel est peu très trop cher rapport qualité prix. C est un bon 3 étoiles. J ai quand même passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Great quiet get away My wife and I have stayed at the Fisherman 4 times and we're headed back this Saturday for another relaxing week. We usually don't eat any meals except breakfast (which is the only good meal served) since we can walk less than 1 mile into town thru the residential section. There aren't any big hotels on this section of Playacar. The next street over takes you to the lively fashionable large hotels which we have stayed at only once. Friendly staff, my king bed room was sufficient. Smelled old, couch had mold. Check in was fine, pool and jacuzzi is not heated. All inclusive saved lots of $, lunch menu really nice dinner not great. Only keg beer. The hotel layout of the pool and beach was nice, mostly timeshare folks older crowd. 10 minutes walk to 5th Ave for shopping and restaurants. Taxi only back to Airport $100! Or ADO bus.

Cons: Property is not well kept, front desk people are not very helpful, rooms are not as spacious as indicated in the pictures Pros: restaurant service very nice, servers are kind and dedicated, hotel location is great, good price
