Affordable all inclusive next to the beach This hotel has a great price, excellent food, a beautiful pool, and great facilities. The room was clean and spacious, well lighted. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel for an affordable stay, not luxury but enjoyable.
Quiet Hotel, Beautiful Beach and Pool and Hot Tub! Great hotel in a quiet and leafy part of town away from the madness, but close enough to walk and drive to the center of town where the action jus by the pier. It was a one night stay to relax and use the beach and pool. They gave me free drinks too! It was a fun location! Easy walk/drive to center of town where the pier and all the action is. Check in was a little slow because I made a late reservation. If you do this arrive early at this hotel!
La habitación estaba excelente, nos dieron un upgrade a una habitacion ocean front. Las instalaciones son buenas, aunque es un Hotel pequeño cuenta con todos los servicios. Lo único que no me convencio fue la variedad de los alimentos. Creo que en este aspecto tienen un area de oportunidad para mejorar la experiencia en la estancia.
Wonderful hotel on the beach We arrived 30 minutes before check-in. We waited about 15 before they were able to accommodate us. We loved the room. It was a significant upgrade from the cabanas in the jungle we just left. One of the restaurants was under construction, so only the italian place was open. I would return for the view and the quality of the rooms, but I think I would go with the meal plan option as opposed to the all-inclusive. super sejour très bel hotel, idéalement placé sur la plage, 20 mn à pieds de playa del carmen, le seul défaut pas de connexion wifi si ce n'est dans le hall et encore...

Muy lindo hotel Todo excelente, salvo que el hotel tiene habitaciones en el 3er piso y no cuenta con ascensores. La playa y calidad de los servicios es muy buena. El trato de Eugenia en recepción deja mucho que desear. Angel, la persona encargada de la recreación en el área de la pileta, excelente. Seguramente con una persona como él de encargado la experiencia de los huéspedes seria excelente.
Nice small hotel close to the beach and Playa del The Fishermen we like very much and planning to come there back. But there was a great disappointment: Our flight was at 5 pm at Cancun. After arriving at 7 pm to Fishermens we were told that there is not room available. Even we get the confirmation for the reservation and I called 2 days before arriving and was found in their system.
