Sunset Fisherman Hotel Not only does a nice hotel with a great beach make a vacation excellent, but so does the staff. If I could take three of Sunset Fisherman's staff with me anywhere I traveled I would. Alex, Andy, and Angel were amazing staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay beyond enjoyable. Albergo piccolino e curato fronte mare L'hotel è bello a 20 min a piedi dalla 5a avenida ma appena arrivati volevano spostarci in un'altro perchè dicevano di aver fatto overbooking con la nostra suite, ma l'hotel si trovava in posizione sfavorevole e per raggiungere il centro bisognava spendere 300 pesos di taxi. Non abbiamo accettato però abbiamo dovuto convincere il personale con un'escamotage. Il resto è buono.
Nice hotel close to the beach Its was a good experience for really short time with my mom. We swam, took pictures, saw the beach and the sky, and we ate and drank different kind of food.

Nice smaller hotel with nicest beach Nice hotel on quiet, residential street with friendly staff and great beach. My husband and I spent a week at Fisherman's in December. The beach is lovely, uncrowded and the sea is warm and calm. We usually only ate breakfast there, we don't eat meat and the menu was pretty limited for lunch and dinner. Nice resort. Good location. Friendly staff. Our air conditioner and fridge were a bit noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Comentarios experiencia en Fishermen village Falta amabilidad en la recepción. Cuando llegamos se alargó el checkin por falta de confirmación entre holetel.com y el hotel. La chica de recepción no mostró habilidad ni amabilidad para resolver la situación. Se nos confirmó habitación con cama King y con vista al mar, sin embargo, nos dieron habitación con dos camas matrimoniales y vista al pasillo. Falta trabajar el tema de estrategia de servicio. No volvería al hotel ni lo recomendaría
Pleasant surprise The staff was awesome! Reception could have been more helpful/happy to serve us, but the rest of the staff was wonderful. Location is ideal. Fab views. Loved being able to walk to Playa del Carmen in 29 minutes. Great beach.
Rapport qualité prix un peu cher. L Hôtel est bien situé, la plage est très belle mais c est la course pour avoir des transats le matin. Le personnel est très agréable, la reception etait un peu perdu concernant notre arrivée mais au bout de 2 jours on a eu la bonne chambre et le all inclusif.
