Excellent service, great people
Great staff smaller resort the Hitachi restaurant is very good the chef puts on great show just make a reservation with the concierge when you get there and the water taxi is fun you can go to big resort or take the shuttle to all four resorts and you all-inclusive is good at all there resorts
I have the best time ever with my family I love that people they are very friendly I’m always recommended people to visit Cancún to visit the place I love their food so much

Andres and Iban were excellent. All staff was friendly and attentive, however these two went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. You could tell they love what they do and care about the people they interact with to some extent. Also, the young lady that runs the pool bar was so sweet and attentive as well. We loved our stay. We will be coming back solely due to the excellent staff. The hours of cilantro could have been better. We went for 5 days and it was only open for one night. The resort wasn't overcrowded. It was peaceful, well-maintained, and hospitable.
