The room was clean when we arrived. Housekeeping wasn’t the best while we were there, example didn’t show up one day, we had to request new towels at 4:55 pm. Floor wasn’t swept. Bar fridge not ever restocked. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Room was very clean, shower never had hot water. Staff is great very helpful and friendly. Food is above average and good changing selection for 3-4 day trip lots of seafood options ceviche etc. Asian steakhouse is only one table so can be hard to book a good time slot. Low season in January so expect not everything to be as busy. Good small hotel, water taxi to the bigger hotel for beach is nice and free.
Food was excellent, staff was very nice, room was great , loved being able to see other properties
Checkin was slow. We arrived at the resort at 2:30pm and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm. It was annoying. I know check in is at 3pm but we were only a half hour away from 3pm. The staff at check in didn’t speak very good English so there was a language barrier. I feel the staff has direct contact with customers should be able to communicate better in English.
