Disgusting service, at the reception, restaurants and orders for room services was taking incorrect including entering the wrong room number. Found roaches at the main buffet restaurant, employee kill the roach and kicked to the side, leaving the roach exposed. The food serving time was disgusting, dining in or at room service. Awful, the food wasn’t edible, the alcohol was all off brand and made us sick. We got food poisoning also in the final day of our trip
