Perfect start to our Mexican holiday Peaceful surroundings. Traffic noise does not interfere in the rooms on the lagoon side. Weak WiFi in the room. The great staff, very friendly and helpful. As an alternative for buffet style is an delicious à la carte restaurant La Vela. Excursion possibilities and location close to the ferry port to Isla Mujeres. Easy to move by taxi-boat and shuttle bus to the other hotels of Sunset World located by the sea.

Great stay, great people I like this place , but I would rather have the access to the ocean beach
Bartender's are excellent and so was the entertainment Amedeo the bar tender was awsome. The entertainment was awsome. The front desk person Natalie was very rude. The only place to swim is the pool, not a beach front property.
Good price The hotel does not have a beach but if you stay in hotel you can jump around there other three hotels which are really good. The food was not amazing but good. The hotel is a little out dated but you get a jacuzzi in the balcony, our was facing the water so it was really nice. Overall good hotel for the price and for a weekend, close to main attractions you can literally catch the bus for one dollar to go to the club and they run 24 hrs so it's great.
Mediocore Hotel did not have our reservation, I had to email them my expedia confirmation when we arrived. The listing stated a fitness center, what they forgot to mention was you have to take a 15 minute shuttle to a different hotel to get there. Room service is included with the all-inclusive deal which is a plus. The service staff was friendly.
ok The hotel is ok. the rooms are clean. food is horrible
good view & nice staffers Other than stated above, foods are not good enough, sunset royal will be better. the a la carl hall must be made reservration even if there were only a few customers , that would make us think the staff want take easy and shown not so friendly .
