Hôtel très sympa, agréable, personnel au top ! Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Personnel très gentil et au service des clients en toute occasion. Propreté des chambres et espaces extérieurs au top ! Le seul bémol : l'hôtel est côté lagon et non côté océan. Les plages en face de l'hôtel sont toutes réservées aux clients d'autres hôtel. Il nous faut donc prendre une navette pour atteindre un des autres hôtels Sunset côté plage pour pouvoir se baigner. Un peu contraignant !
Excellent hotel Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en mai 2016, hotel calme dans un jolie cadre disposant des infrastructures nécessaires pour bien se reposer. Arrêt de bus à 100 mètres (10,5 pesos le ticket) pour vous rendre en centre ville. Accueil du personnel de service excellent surtout Tino le serveur qui est un amour, par contre le concierge est un peu bloqué. l'hotel est coté lagon ce qui est un peu dommage pour ceux qui veulent se baigner à la mer mais pour cela il y a des navettes gratuites qui vous emmènent sur ... read more

More good than anything - one of the better ones The resort was lovely and well located in the lagoon with a quick step from our balcony to loungers by the waterside for our use. Rooms were dated n the inside and "stocked minibar" was a bit measly but otherwise couldn't fault the resort. We took water taxi to sister resort and although on the beach, it didn't have the same charm of the lagoon one and was more of a big impersonal hotel. Some friendly staff and good location Check in didn't go as smoothly as I thought. It turns out we needed to have our itinerary printed out to show them we had booked the reservation. Besides that, the rest of our stay went well. The majority of the staff was friendly and remembered our names while we were there. The bartender, Amadeo, was very nice and kept the drinks coming.
