Bait and Switch (but beautiful place with cool architecture) This was a beautiful hotel and a great deal. However we (and found out several other Expedia guests) were promised a suite with two double beds and a jacuzzi but when we got there we had at suite with one king, a sofa sleeper, and no jacuzzi. The person delivering our bags to our room told us there were no rooms in the hotel with two double beds and a jacuzzi (not true) and the front desk told us they gave preference to members. Great couples vacation We had the best time! Te staff is great and very nice!! any questions they will answer it or find someone who can. They are the sweetest, i loved everything about this hotel, my hubby and i will deferentially come back to this specific one. The sister resort the sunset royal is beautiful but the staff there is nasty and have attitudes. I recommend the lagoon for any couple or family they have the best pool, people from the royal came to the lagoon just for the pool. The food is pretty good as well. The... read more

Excelente!!! Foi incrível! Todos muito cordiais, tudo muito limpo. Ambiente tranquilo, familiar, acolhedor, e com atividades legais para fazer. Amei minha hospedagem, suite limpa demais, com varanda e jacuzzi. O local dispõe de 4 restaurantes que estavam inclusos no pacote de All Inclusive, com comidas saborosas e funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Eu com certeza voltarei numa próxima oportunidades

Staff everywhere except in Bobby ignored you dining was limited to whatever time they decided to open the restaurants that day, which varied every day despite what the information provided at check in said.
