Hotel familiar, en términos generales agradable Estuvimos hospedados en este hotel un total de 5 días, el día que llegamos tuvimos problemas con la puerta del baño, está se quedó trabada y tuvieron que arrancar el llavín. A a pesar de que la puerta del baño no tenía llavín, no me cambiaron la habitación aunque hice la gestión, el sofá cama estaba sucio, solicité una sabana a recepción y nunca apareció. Nice hotel for family's March 2016. Small and quiet hotel for families that don't want all the partying. This hotel has bad reviews but we enjoyed our stay. We had eight adults in our party. Four rooms that were all very clean. Three of us are divers and there is a dive shop on site Called the "coconut dive shop". Very professional we had four great dives. Hotel has only two restaurants. Good breakfast and good staff. The hotel wasn't bad, rooms were good but had some small cocaroaches and my fridge wasn't working. The Staff were super nice. Not many things for kids, they definitely should provide more kids activities. The pool is ok and the lunch and dinner I didn't like.
Hotel definitely needs upgrade Everything seem to be old. It says you have wifi which is partially true cos the wifi only works in common areas like lobby and restaurant so you have to leave your room and go to d lobby just to get your phone or laptop connected to d wifi which is not convenient. Quality of events in the hotel is pretty basic and d food is just ok

Magnifique séjour en famille Nous avons passé de très belles vacances, en famille, au bord de la lagune, non loin de la mer. Navette bateau pour aller à la plage très ludique, avons vu crocodiles ! Hôtel à recommander pour les clients qui souhaitent passer leurs vacances dans un hôtel à taille humaine.
OK hotel; beware - thefts! The room was spacious and as described; restaurant staff was friendly; reception is rather slow. BEWARE: my wedding ring was stolen from the room. Had to file a report with hotel security (in SPANISH!!!), the staff was not responsive, I did not receive any apologies. I had to be very persuasive to get a copy of my report. The hotel room did not have a safety deposit box, and when I spoke about this to a receptionist, he said they were renovating those and he can't do anything. On our first day we h... read more
