The food staff was great (Buffett and restaurant), very friendly and accommodating
The customer service from the reception staff was horrendous. I booked a room with two double beds and was given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. I complained and requested the room I paid for but was told the property did not have any rooms with two double beds. After threatening to leave hotel and stay somewhere else the reception staff miraculously found a room with two double beds. The other guests in our party had the same problem. The staff at the hotel we were at are awesome, but when we went to the sister hotel ( royal ) the staff was as extremely rude
It’s very far. No access to beach. No water sports. Only one poor restaurant.

Hotel es old not well maintained, food is simple and low quality Staffers are friendly Has deteriorated the image and service tremendously
