Two thumbs up!! Our 8th year coming to Cancun - first year at this resort. Up scale clientele, restaurants, staff, service. We will DEFINITELY be coming back next year! Kudos to: Francisco, Julian, Samuel, and Ricardo.
Awsome beach! The beach was awsome but the staff was not the friendliest.
Great resort for my birthday week The resort was great the food was good can't complain just a hint if u need more perks just tip the waiters and bartenders And u get exclusive things and ask for Abraham he's treated me so well on my stay
Small resort...great staff We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff..all very friendly. Food was good and great beach. Small, very friendly property.

Cancun The resort is in a good location close to all areas. Love the restaurant in the center of the resort we had a great time and the resort allow us to stay till 4 pm after 11am check out with the same benefits such as restaurant and bar access. Love it.
Nice place , close to beach In general staff helpful , but when comes to booking place in one of 2 restaurants staff is playing "hard to get place" for customers with pre paid services. We were sent twice to do booking via reception and then back to restaurant, not a good practice. Furthermore, while staff were very keen to do or help with any travel bookings done via hotel, this was not so when asked to assist with earlier bookings. All inclusive but a little shabby An overall great stay, all you can eat, drink and activities galore.... Shows were haaaamazing and most staff helpful and accomodating. We had an issue with our ac which was backed up by a broken ceiling fan in 30degC+ heat, we asked reception 4-5 times over the length of our stay and neither were repaired, although we didn't kick up too much of a stink I was not satisfied with this service. It so bad, unclean I would not recommend to anyone Arrive at hotel gave me wrong room. I have to ask to get right room.
