The excellent ratings that this company have received must have been prior to 2019. My system has been off-line for 2 ½ months. It took them over a month to come out and check the system. I called and called for over two week straight, but would only be transferred to a voice mail, which I would leave my name and number but NOT ONCE did I get a return call. I had my solar system installed 2 years ago by Premier Solar Solutions. About two months ago my solar system stopped producing any energy. I discovered this because I got a $200 electricity bill. $32,000 for two years worth of solar power. We had our solar panels installed in November of 2018. Our salesman is Josh, he did an amazing job of selling his product to us, he also made some promises on our contract. As of today (4/2/2019), those promises have not been fulfilled, we have made countless attempts to contact Josh, his supervisor, and the company with ZERO success. When we have gotten a hold of Josh the calls would drop mysteriously or he would say, he would call us back and never has.
