We had our solar panels installed in November of 2018. Our salesman is Josh, he did an amazing job of selling his product to us, he also made some promises on our contract. As of today (4/2/2019), those promises have not been fulfilled, we have made countless attempts to contact Josh, his supervisor, and the company with ZERO success. When we have gotten a hold of Josh the calls would drop mysteriously or he would say, he would call us back and never has.
