I contracted with Suntria to remove and then reinstall my solar panels in summer 2019 (needed a new roof). On reinstallation they failed to properly connect the system. I did not find this out until our local energy company informed me that the panels had not produced any electricity between the reinstallation and November 2020. They installed my system over a year ago, and it has never been produced as promised. I had problems with Suntria from start to finish, and it continues. I have paperwork and documentation to support all my statements. Initially, it was stated on their contract that the system was to produce an estimated ****** kW. The system is currently producing approximately **** kW. NEGATIVE 10 STARS!!! I hate this company!!! The ** needs to take a customer service class. They installed panels on my roof and its leaking from one of the footings. They will not own up to the repair stating they installed the panels correctly and they are not liable. I wouldnt have a leak in my roof if they didnt put a whole in it and do a good job of sealing it up correctly.!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... EVER!!!! YOU WILL END ** ** A BAD SITUATION!
If I could I would give this company zero stars. The initial sales person and sales portion of this company was informative and helpful. They carefully walked me through the process and design. They also explained all of the rebates, and tax incentives available. Once we locked in the contract the problems began, during installation the company was delayed 2 days by the solar panels not arriving on time, then once they were delivered I had to help the delivery driver unload the panels. The do not live up to the contractual agreement. Contract says they pay the electric **** if they do not finish their contract. Started with this out fit in Oct 2020. They put 34 panels on my roof 12/29/20 (so we would qualify for the tax credit. Did not get them Functional for over 6 months. We bought 2 Tesla batteries and Suntria received payment in full for the project before 1-15-21.Never were able to get the batteries so contract was rewritten in June and panels were connected. If I could give 0 star I would. We had solar panels installed back in 2019. By 6/2/2020 they stopped working and the issue was not fixed until 1/19/2021. Well, they are once again not working, they stopped working on 6/18/21 and I've been going back and forth between my supposed to go person ******* H that hasn't contacted me since July 2021 even though I've called her multiple times and sent emails and now it's at the point the I've gotten in contact with the loan company Mosaic and it's just an absolute mess. This isn't actually install related but this company called me on speaker phone and offered me a job. They recinded the offer an hour later. Don't call and give someone a job offer only to cancel an hour later. Totally unprofessional.
Where do I start!!! This company is a nightmare. It took them almost 7 months to installed my mom's solar panels. They missed appointments without a cancelation notice and also didn't show for reschedule appointments and that's after complaining to them about their techs not showing up for appointments..... I had my solar installed 2 years ago March. I had always questioned the solar I was producing. I made several attempts to contact Premier Solar to tell them I wasn’t sure my panels were producing what my contract stated. They ran the numbers and in fact I wasn’t producing the power as I was promised. I questioned them in August-September 2018. I finally got 6 additional panels put on May 3rd, 2019.
