Suntria is a joke, a bad joke.. The system was all mounted on the 8th of March, 2023, Never saw an other person until the 2nd of June when he did the tiein. They wouldn't send me a real copy of my contract until the 30th of June. I finally received my receipt for total payment on the 1st of July. Which was paid on the 26th of January. Suntria is a scam! I was promised that this would cover my electric bill and the only payment would be the loan payment. I was told that they would place enough panels on my house to cover my usage based on my square footage. LIES!! It doesnt even cover half of what I use! They also put holes in my closet from drilling them outside to place the equipment. Brand new house mind you! The Suntria representative has ghosted my wife and I. We had our solar panels installed over a month ago and they havent worked at all due to incorrect wiring on their part. My husband has called and left messages on multiple occasions. Promises to come out and fix their mistake have been repeatedly broken. This company appears to full of empty promises and smoke and mirrors. I will be seeking out the help of a lawyer in the coming days. If they dont want to live up to their sales pitch maybe they will answer to some problems of their own.
Avoid at all cost! I got the Solar from Suntria against all reviews hoping I wouldn't have the same problem. Well I did. There has been barely any communication at all between the "project manager" the "assistant" and also the crew that did the install. I have been trying to get support micro inverters for over a year. Suntria has failed to meet their warranty agreement time and time again. Significant technician turn over and poor record management has caused me to have to repeat my issue to a new tech every few months. Several times I have been promised that management would reach out, but no one has ever bothered following up.
I have been emailing Suntria for over a month multiple times a week for assistance. I have not received a call or email back regarding my solar panels. I am not receiving the savings that was promised, not even a quarter of the savings. Once my solar panels were installed they ghosted me and will not assist in any manner. Save yourself the hassle and dont be fooled by their salesman. Wish I could give 0 stars.
We have had our panels for over 2 months and still no service, no return calls or a response of any type.
We had our solar panels from Suntria installed and working in March 2023, it worked and saved us two months of electrical bills, then we had a hail storm in June 2023 and that is when problems began. Suntria has been all smoke and mirrors when it comes to getting someone out to our house to even get an estimate of time and money of what it will take to fix our solar panel(s) damaged in the hail storm. It is now August 2023 and after repeated calls, we still have nothing.

Not happy with the system too small not enough panels they did a bad job estimating how many panels, electric bill is still $2400 dollars a year plus solar payment worthless and there not in my area anymore to add panels
