This isn't actually install related but this company called me on speaker phone and offered me a job. They recinded the offer an hour later. Don't call and give someone a job offer only to cancel an hour later. Totally unprofessional.

Where do I start!!! This company is a nightmare. It took them almost 7 months to installed my mom's solar panels. They missed appointments without a cancelation notice and also didn't show for reschedule appointments and that's after complaining to them about their techs not showing up for appointments..... The only reason the installation was completed was bc I kept calling them. Once the installation was completed I got an HOA violation bc Premier didn't summit the panels for approval. I had my solar installed 2 years ago March. I had always questioned the solar I was producing. I made several attempts to contact Premier Solar to tell them I wasn’t sure my panels were producing what my contract stated. They ran the numbers and in fact I wasn’t producing the power as I was promised. I questioned them in August-September 2018. I finally got 6 additional panels put on May 3rd, 2019. The excellent ratings that this company have received must have been prior to 2019. My system has been off-line for 2 ½ months. It took them over a month to come out and check the system. I called and called for over two week straight, but would only be transferred to a voice mail, which I would leave my name and number but NOT ONCE did I get a return call. I had my solar system installed 2 years ago by Premier Solar Solutions. About two months ago my solar system stopped producing any energy. I discovered this because I got a $200 electricity bill. $32,000 for two years worth of solar power. I am now paying my utility company and solar for power with these worthless solar panels on my roof. We had our solar panels installed in November of 2018. Our salesman is Josh, he did an amazing job of selling his product to us, he also made some promises on our contract. As of today (4/2/2019), those promises have not been fulfilled, we have made countless attempts to contact Josh, his supervisor, and the company with ZERO success. When we have gotten a hold of Josh the calls would drop mysteriously or he would say, he would call us back and never has.
