I purchased a solar system installed by then premier solar solutions which turned into suntria shortly after. With said system I have a 25 year warranty and was told that the panels wouldn't stop producing if one cell went bad. Well one cell went bad in August of 2022 and I haven't produced any power since. This company aggressively went door to door in my neighborhood and approached my son. The rep got snotty with me when I told him we weren't interested in his solar stuff. He proceeded to raise his voice at me ok MY PROPERTY and I told him to get the hell off my property and he continued to argue. The three guys were not in anything branded, had nothing material wise with them, drove a regular vehicle and walked up to everyone's house asking questions. Be aware of their sales tactic and not being truthful of the penalty if you cancel the contract. They will stick you with a ridiculous amount of penalty so you can't back out. They don't give your the price of solar system unless they see your bill just enough to make it sound good. Once you back out, they got you either way. I will never trust and talked to another salesman ever again.
Suntria is a legal scam. Its sad that the what the company is doing is legal. They have claimed that my electricity bill would be reduced 60-75%. The highest credit I have received on my utility bill has been $50. Light bills ranging from $250-500 in addition to the solar panel payment!!!!! I have repeatedly called the company trying to see why I am not getting the reduction that was guaranteed to me before signing the contract. No one has answers!! Its sickening!! I had these guys installed solar at my house they put the panels up and left I keep calling them and can not get them back out there to finish the hook up. I would not recommend this company to anyone
So this company is awful to do business with. They started my process in June 22 and didnt finish till December. Trigger my loan early, caused damage to electrical devices in my home, caused me to have to pay panel payment without service, have not compensated me as promised and caused me to miss my local city rebate. They have horrible communication skills and after the sale is made they dont care about the customer. Dont get ripped off and taken advantage of.
I started my contract with them in a late September 2022 and as of date 2-17-23 my project is still not complete and I am paying high utility bills because lack of leadership and making sure that customers are getting the projects done on a timely bases. The loan company has paid them in full so there is no incentive for them to ever finish my project and get me a complete running system.
Would have been (-)) minus if possible!The worst company I have ever dealt with. At 73 years of age I have dealt with many thousands of companies.Left many messages with ****, etc. they are never returned. I am out of many $$$$$s (thousands) for a system that is incomplete. I already have a Solar system and still hd this company knock on my door. Also I have VISIBLY posted No Soliciting signs and again they still knocked on my door. Clearly breaking door to door laws.
