Experience was great from quote to installation. The installation team was in constant contact with me and ensured everything was done correctly. Only issue is some gaps between fence and house and at the gate area large enough for my small dogs to squeeze through. Overall I’m happy other than the gaps.

I was a bit nervous about this fence project because the timing needed to line up with our pool installation project. Zach presented several options and prepared quotes on 5 different types of fence because we were unsure what type we wanted. They presented a realistic timeline for installation and didn't pressure us to make a decision before we were ready. Excellent from start to finish. Bobby and his crew were true professionals. They always took the time to answer all of our concerns and questions. And they also took their time to make sure the fence was done correctly and to our liking. We were very lucky to have Bobby and his knowledgeable crew be the ones to do the job.

Tried to appease our HOA by ourselves, but after 2 futile attempts, I called Home Depot and asked for their fence installer (Superior Fence & Rail)to give me a quote. My wife also had a quote from a contractor. Superior Fence hit it out of the ballpark with not only their price (better than 1/2 off of the other guys), but also their speed, efficiency, excellent product and friendly field guys. I'm just sorry I didn't start with them 1st! Mike
Great company, easy to work with it, did a great job! A small issue with the financing, but once that was taken care of, the rest of the process went really well. Highly recommend.

The 3 gentlemen who did the installation were great. I did a walkthrough with the lead when they first arrived and we discussed the process and how long it would take. I also had contact with the other two installers and they were very polite young men. The manager showed up one day and said he would contact me later but never did. Also, the salesman was supposed to contact my neighbor so they could add onto the fence in their yard and still had not after several tries. The rating would have been 5 stars otherwise.
