Superior Fence recently installed a cedar shadowbox fence and we love it! Warren worked with me for a while helping me come to a decision, finally. Thank you for your patience!! Angel and his team showed on time and worked diligently for 2 days. They were very professional, neat and tidy, and did a beautiful job with the install. Gabriel’s Team started and completed our fence installation. They were professional, kind, friendly, respectful and detailed. Above and beyond service and recommend.
They built my fence in August 2023 or maybe I should say they built the fence twice in August 2023. They talked a good game but they fell way below expectations. The first group of contractors they sent out weren’t even fencing contractors. In fact this was the first fence that they had ever installed! They were asking us, the customer, how to install the fence and were on YouTube trying to figure out how to install the fence. Our neighbor is getting a fence put up and they have been an absolute nightmare. They have cut our internet line not once not twice but 3 times! Not to mention the hit the gas last night and had to evacuate our house. Over an hour of gas pouring out making me sick and my house smelled. Nicor had 6 trucks out with special equipment because they messed it up that bad. We had an excellent experience with this fence company from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and completed the installation exactly as promised. The crew paid attention to every detail, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. They are a reliable company that provides quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend them.
Summary: quality product, good follow-through in the end. Estimator quoted a price, I picked them, then (inexperienced) estimator had to eat crow and come back to me with a price increase after the fact. I accepted and was happy in the end although for a minute there I felt Shanghaied. My job was TOUGH and I acknowledge that. They were well capitalized and organized.
Your crew did an excellent job installing the vinyl and metal fence in our back yard. They set the posts on the first day, let the cement dry, and came back and finished the remainder in one day! I would recommend them to anyone!

We love our new vinyl fence (Green Teak). The workers are friendly and hard-working. We had a few minor issues, but they resolved them quickly and correctly. Easy to company to work with. We highly recommend Superior Fence.
