Had a great experience with the crew installing the fence. They did a very good job with the installation.
The process was easy. The workers were on time, respectful of our property and us. Could not be any more pleased with the fence and workers and sales people, Thank you Superior looking forward to next year to get the last side of the yard done.
The team that came out to install our fence was amazing. Very thorough polite, kind courteous walked the whole job with me before and after. They cleaned up everything in the yard left no mess behind and my dog loves it. my husband and I love it. The fence looks amazing. We are so happy with Superior Fence and Rail and their expertise. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fence installed.
Great to work with and communicated with me throughout the process. Had to make some changes after the survey and adjust to sod, painting and weather but they adjusted and made it a worry free process. Fence looks great and.very sturdy.
I hired them and signed the paper when they "finished" before the concrete had dried... I have to say I'm pissed. The gates suck, we told them to start at one place but they did overlapping the neighbors instead of the corner. Most the way through I caught them dumping dry concrete, they said it was because there was a puddle in the whole, we had a week of rain and it was the low point with heavy clay, so yea, dig a hole and leave it will absolutly start to fill, was told before they followed certain tactics and a min of 1.5... read more

Pedro’s team was the best installers That we could’ve asked for. They were quick to arrive within the scheduled times and were incredibly respectful of our property. They followed the fence plans exactly and kept us informed as the install progressed. We are so thankful for Pedro and his team and are so excited about our new fence. I am really torn as to the stars... first of all Gabriel and his coworker were hard workers. Communication was terrible however... first of all when getting measurements I said one corner would be awesome but as it's pretty much wood from removing a cluster of trees the current intersection would do... was told it would be no problem. Gabriel came and said big problem (perfectly understandable), I was at work so my sister told him that was fine and to just go off the corner of 2 preexisting fences... to basically make a T in... read more
