Professional and very courteous
Tech arrived and immediately assessed the repair needed. He and his apprentice did an excellent job and in a very timely manner! I have Superior Fence & Rail for a previous job as well. The in-house staff do a very good job of gathering information up front and scheduling the job. I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.
What an amazing experience. There was some push back from my HOA but the team at Superior Fence helped me through that and guided me. I did not feel alone, and we were able to successfully get through the hurdle. Everyone on the team from Dan (Sales), Reygie (HOA Coordinator), Jonathan (Permit Coordinator) and Jose (Installer), were all very patient, diligent and worked fast with always such a friendly attitude. I had my fence installed on Jan 7, 2026 and I love it. Derek was my sales agent and he was great. Abraham and another guy were the two that installed it and they were super nice and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone that I know. Superior Fence and Rail did a beautiful job of building and installing the wooden fence around our yard. This was the third family member fence they have installed and we are never disappointed. Sem and his crew were on site promptly and worked hard taking up the old embedded chain link fence as well as building and putting up the new 8ft wooden fence. Installation was very smooth and professional. We walked around the perimeter and I am very satisfied. Justin came by to check the project which I appreciated. Shannon and I have had several conversations after Paul Cross sold me on Superior.
Mr. William did an excellent job explaining how the process works, was very informative, had great follow up, and was very professional. The gentleman who did the job were quick and professional. Though it was dark by the time they finished up, they did a good job ensuring that there was no debris or trash left behind.
