"Great experience " Initially, I spoke with Sherry who was extremely sweet and helpful. Gill was the service advisor for my vehicle. He is very kind and provided me with updates on my car. He is awesome. The team at Sutherlin Nissan is outstanding .
"Weis Naderi is Amazing!" The whole process is seamless and I feel that he really cares about his customers! We were running very late but he waited on us until we left with a brand new car! Thank you, Weis!
"Quick Oil change and Tire Rotation " I took my Rogue to the Nissan Dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. It took less than an hour and I received a great deal. The staff was friendly and helpfull. I would reccomend this dealership's service center to all my friends.
"3 hour wait for an iil change & tire rotation with an Appt" I waited 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10.am.appt. didn't get my vehicle back until 1pm after I complained about why it was taking so long. Yes, I appreciate that The service was then complimentary because I waited so.long. Gil has always been super nice to deal with. I don't believe this was his fault. Not sure why it took so long.

"Welcoming amazing" I love the experience. It was very welcoming and fast service. Would definitely recommend. Facilities where clean. Coffe was good. And the wait was a good experience.
"Recall and service" Excellent service department, was advised of the service my vehicle required and the cost. As to the recall, they were very informative and gave a loaner to drive until all the work was completed
