"Diego took care of us!!!" Diego was very helpful and patient. We were in need of a used car and he was very helpful in locating the car we needed. He went above and beyond.
"Only want your money." I presented a coupon from Sutherland Nissan and the guy never even used it. Took it and never even applied it to my 163.00 bill. I will not go back to him. Kept telling me I was working his nerves with a laugh to play it off. All I wanted was to not have my tires rotated . Because I could go somewhere else for free.
"Sylvester was top notch!" Genuine and authentic! Before looking in the lot, I asked Home what he had in stock and her took out his iPad to show me at his desk. He helped me to examine two cars and then We drove. I loved the first one he picked out...color and all. I gave Home my price and after a few conversations back and forth Sylvester sold me a car! "Excellent sales job by Bill Retzke. A superb representative" On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the absolute best), I'd give Bill Retske a 15 or 20. He's a superb representative for Sutherlin. I also wish to recognize and give an equally high rating of Andreas in the finance office. I was also impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all of the other Sutherlin employees we had the pleasure to meet or who greeted us.
"SERVICE MY FRONTIER" no appointments on Saturdays, I don't have time on weekdays ,I had to wait a long time to get my service done on Saturdays.
"Know Your Service History or Be Taken For A Ride" I'll admit, I don't know much about cars and am okay with paying a "stupid tax" when my mechanic tells me something needs to be fixed (along with the scheduled oil change). I trust their expertise. Case in point, took my car in for scheduled oil change on Saturday, had the work done and my service rep stated that I needed to have the transmission fluid service done (recommended at 60k miles). "Great, fast service" Diego was a wonderful and knowledgeable salesman. He was never pushy and was very nice. Vinny was also a big help to me when I arrived on the lot.
"Purchased Nissan Leaf" Portia was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely the nicest salesperson I have dealt with at a dealership. Corey was extremely helpful at showing us all the technology. You have a great team Getting a price before I came in was the only slight negative. Shane did not want to provide but eventually did. Without that I would not have come in
"Appointment not put in system" I scheduled my service on the phone with Jordan a few days in advance but when I got to the dealership for the appointed time there was no appointment in the system for me. It was at the end of the day and the staff that was there were very helpful in accommodating me but it was a bit embarrassing after scheduling the appointment to look like I didn't know what I was doing plus Jordan wasn't there to speak with at all.
