"Happy Customer 😁" They treat you like family. They don’t rush you into buying and they make it a smooth process🙃 from the sales floor to the finance department ..they all were friendly and attentive.
"Always friendly " Love going to Sutherlin ... fast and friendly service. Greeted as soon as i pull in! Always following up with my visits making sure all is well!
"Excellent Service" Not your usual dealer expectation(s). Always fair and honest, but you've got to ask the right questions. Brandon (Service Manager) was quick to help and solve a problem with incorrect charges and quickly credited my account, I wasn't expecting this outcome, but pleasantly surprised and pleased. Overall service has been great. Would buy another Nissan product based on their service and response to my needs and concerns.
"Oil change, tire rotation, 20,000 mile fluid replacement" Friendly staff. Routine 20,000 oil change, tire rotation, fluid service. Made an appointment and the work was done in a reasonable lenght of time. I will come back.
"Great salesman" Corey was amazing. I appreciate his professionalism and ability. He got me in a car that I really love and look forward to driving for years to come.
"battery replacement" replaced battery free of charge and they gave me a complimentary car wash!!! Sutherlin is a great company to do business with. Sherri Hosch is always very friendly and very helpful. She explains the work to be done and why it is needed. We moved to Buford five years ago and have had a pleasant relationship with them since. At 72,000 miles we still enjoy our 2012 Quest. We are not affiliated with this company in any way, or any of it's employees. s
"Friendly service" Very friendl, helpful, and informative...made the whole process a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back there if I ever need another car.
"Speedy " Oil change and tire rotation. No appointment, in and out in about an hour!!! Also had help with understanding my Bluetooth to my phone better.
"Routine oil change without appointment" We drove in for a routine oil change without appointment. Service center was busy. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonably short wait for completion of our work.
