"Great Service" From the time we drove in we were treated with very friendly service. We were kept informed as to expense and additional services needed. Shuttle service was very prompt. The only service we requested that we did not receive was the complimentary car wash. Really not a Hugh deal, it’s just always nice to get in a nice clean car.
"efficient, professional, friendly" Stewart and Willie were very friendly and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and the vehicle was even washed. Have not had any problems with the vehicle since repaired. The only problem was the cost of the oil, oil filter, and tire rotation at $61.00. I will not be going back for oil changes, but any major repairs I will bring it back
"Excellent customer service" As always i had a great experience with the work done on my car. The only issue i had was the price quote. The girl working told me a price but didn't tell me I had to pay for labor also.
"Good service" Have been dealing with Southerlin dealership for several years and have had good service. Sherry Hosch has always been my contact which the main reason for having purchased my new 2017 Morano (Platinum) last July, 2017.
"Good Service, But Very Expensive" The customer service was great, but the price was extremely high. The labor cost was too high. Even with a 10% discount I still ended up paying over $1500.00
"Excellent" Made appointment in morning car was ready when promised, they called and covered all the charges. They also called back when car was finished. Shelly explained everything and was very thorough.
"Very good service from the moment I enter the building ." I always received excellent service. Everyone is very helpful. I feel very confident in the service I received. I will alway recommend this dealership for service.
"Oil change" I didn’t have a major repair, only an oiil change and wiper replacement, which were done correctly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service was done as expected. No complaints.
"Service " I was very pleased with Brandon Whiteman that went up and above to rectify the situation. He followed up with me and was true to his word. He kept me up to date and called me immediately. I feel much better about the bad experience that I had earlier today. Great customer service goes along way and so does doing your job and caring.
