"Recommendation" Mr Wais and Mr Kim offered excellent customer service. My complaint is that the vehicle that I purchased should come with a cargo cover. After spending that much money on a vehicle I should not have to spend $100.00 more money to protect my personal items.. This matter should be addressed.
"Fast and Efficient " Went for oil change appointment, in and out with no hassle. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is a special for oil changes...good value for the price.
"Excellent customer service " Brooks my customer service agent was very tentative he made sure that I received exactly what I needed. Even though I was late for my appointment he still was able to fit my service in without a long wait time.
"Service" Service advisor was attentive provided updates timely. This is sufficient feedback. Can't believe you require more almost didn't submit this but the service advisor did a great job
"Why all the extras you put on" Cass was great, he was very attentive to every detail and didn't try and push other cars on us. We did not like it when we went in to sign papers, and the payment was over what we aggred on. All the extras you push are horrible didn't want them, but in the end Kim was able to get our payments down to what we aggred on.
"Great service" Very Personable service tech, Sherry Hosch. Very Knowledgeable, very fast service and quite thorough . Very Good facilities. Easy to use online scheduling to get a car appointment.
"Qick and clean oil change and tire rotation." I am very happy with the service I received. I had an oil change and tire rotation and left with a clean car. I love the fact that they cleaned my car for me. I was at the dealership at 7am and out at 8:30. Nice and quick. The only thing I wish they had was coffee.
"Great Service" From the time we drove in we were treated with very friendly service. We were kept informed as to expense and additional services needed. Shuttle service was very prompt. The only service we requested that we did not receive was the complimentary car wash. Really not a Hugh deal, it’s just always nice to get in a nice clean car.
"efficient, professional, friendly" Stewart and Willie were very friendly and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and the vehicle was even washed. Have not had any problems with the vehicle since repaired. The only problem was the cost of the oil, oil filter, and tire rotation at $61.00. I will not be going back for oil changes, but any major repairs I will bring it back
