"Speedy " Oil change and tire rotation. No appointment, in and out in about an hour!!! Also had help with understanding my Bluetooth to my phone better.
"Routine oil change without appointment" We drove in for a routine oil change without appointment. Service center was busy. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonably short wait for completion of our work.
"Great customer service" I am very pleased with this service center. I've had my car going on three years now and have moved a couple of times since then, but I always travel to this particular Nissan location to get my car serviced.
"Love SUTHERLIN NISSAN" I have bought many cars from Sutherlin Nissan and I have been pleased with every purchase. I take my car here for service as well. Customer service is excellent and I like that I don't have to spend all day in the dealership. I love my Nissan Maxima!!!!!
"my experience was fine, I brought the car for maintenance." I was a bit disappointed. I received a letter that the air filter needed to be changed and something to do with the brakes, but Ms Sherry Hosch informed me that, that does not need to be done until the car has 30,000. I considered this a waste of my time. However, while there they gave me complimentary car wash. From my previous visits I am satisfied with your customer service and the quality of work.
"Perfect service" I always take my 2009 Versa there for service. This time it was the airbag recall and oil change. Nobody else has ever serviced my car. Excellent!
"New tires" Sherrie the service advisor told me I needed tires Andy Shafer the revive technician did the work .I took advantage of the tire sale and got a new set of Continental tires my car. Runs great.Thank you Sutherlin Nissan Service Depsrtment!
"Excellent customer service." I continue to receive execeptional customer service from the service department in general and Brooks in particular. I find Brooks to be very knowledgeable and always available.
"Excellent service!" I always have my Nisson Murano serviced here. It is now 5 years old and is in top condition. They keep me advised on necessary maintenance and do not suggest unnecessary repairs. My service advisor, Sherry, is trustworthy and accommodating.
