"Easy buying process." Cass was the best. Other repeat customers came by to show their appreciation as well. The process was easy and quick for the 17 Chrysler I purchased.

"very good ,they are very good in in the service they do" They are good people to work with ,also they know their job. I would recommend this service center they are one of the best , you wait and eat snack and coffee that's very good by doing that you forget the hours you send by waiting. for them to finish working on your car.
"Fidelity Oil Change, Front and Rear Brakes." Representatives were good. Wait was too long (3 hours) with an appointment. Price average. I did not work with the rep selected, only this department.

"Efficient, Fast and Reliable Customer Service" Did not have an appointment for my regular maintenance. However they were able to fit me in and still got me out in a reasonable time. Stuart informed me of other recommended wear and tear maintenance items that also needed to be replaced based on the mileage. Staff is courteous and friendly.
"Service" People are so friendly and professional at Sutherlin. I especially enjoy working with Brooks Resner and Sherry Hosch. Brooks is always helpful and Sherry is just the sweetest person ever. I have bought 5 cars from Sutherlin and will certainly continue giving them my business.

I called and explained my situation and gave them complete details and that I wouldn’t be in there over two hours. "Leaking water under dash" Brought my car in due to leaking water onto floor from under dash. Wait was long for cleaning out debri but tech was extremely nice about it and compensated me for it.
