"Smooth and seamless " My appointment was on time, and I was kept informed on progress. I appeeciate the courtslesy and professionalism of the entire team. I definitely would recommend this location.
"Nissan MOG" Our service representative, Brooks, was the only highlight of My visit. if you kept it any colder in the waiting room you could see your own breathe; and EVERYONE was freezing. After requesting the temps to be turned up, even to the GM, Guess who made it happen? Brooks.

"Top notch service department!" Greg greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, was extremely helpful and made sure my car was taken care of. Service was fast painless and he didn’t try to up sale anything, did inform me the my rear brake pads will need to be replaced soon. If your looking for a place to take your Nissan, Sutherlin at mall of GA is the place to take it, definitely ask for Greg or Brooks both guys have always taking very good care of me as a customer!

"Exceptional Service!" This was my second visit to Sutherlin. My car that I bought last November was totaled in an accident as I needed another car. I had a 2016 Rogue which sustained damages but kept me ALIVE so what better vehicle to get but another Rogue! From the time I arrive Vinny greeted me with courtesy and a smile and took care of me. "Excellent Service Leadership" Nissan Mall of Georgia has the most customer focused service department I have ever seen at a Nissan Dealership. It starts at the top with the service director who is hands on and involved in the day to day activities. He makes a big difference! The staff follows his lead. I have been particularly pleased with Armondo and Oliver.
