I was very pleased with the customer service that was given to me by two of their employees. Taylor Jackson and Cass Warner. Cass new everything there was to know about the suv we wanted to purchase. I gave this review because for the most part the service and people are friendly and great. It is just one person up in the service department who usually has an attitude every time I go up there and the prices are way to high for the service.
My experience working with Sutherlin Nissan was painless. Since I had been communicating via email the Leanne was aware I may be visiting. Once I was there I was not pressured in anyway to purchase/lease a vehicle. Once there I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive within 10 minutes. Purchased 2 new vehicles from them in August ('12 Leaf & '12 Murano). Both experiences were very positive. I didn't get the usual games and pressure which I have found to be typical at any of my prior new car purchasing experiences. I have made this my home Nissan dealership after another one down the road showed no care to really give me a personable experience. Every time I visit, there is a great camaraderie that comes from the staff. It's a great place to have your car serviced. The pricing is always great and you'll be pleased once they bring your car back to you in better condition than you gave it to them!
