I decided I wanted a Nissa Rogue and I started on the internet. There were many SLs from which to choose so I did not feel as if I had to "settle". I filled out a form and was rewarded by a $25.00 gift card before there was any talk of "closing a deal". Mr Kim was extremely knowledge and helpful when I finally arrived at the dealership. My experience with Sutherlin Nissan was outstanding. The employees there were very kind and diligent in their work. My salesperson, Mr. Kim was very kind and he had a lot of knowledge about the cars at Nissan. He was easy to talk to, and he made my purchase fast and easy. The finance manager was also easy to talk to, he gave me the lowest rate, and the whole staff was very nice and polite. I would recommend all my friends and relatives to this dealership.
I was very pleased with the customer service that was given to me by two of their employees. Taylor Jackson and Cass Warner. Cass new everything there was to know about the suv we wanted to purchase. I gave this review because for the most part the service and people are friendly and great. It is just one person up in the service department who usually has an attitude every time I go up there and the prices are way to high for the service.
My experience working with Sutherlin Nissan was painless. Since I had been communicating via email the Leanne was aware I may be visiting. Once I was there I was not pressured in anyway to purchase/lease a vehicle. Once there I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive within 10 minutes. Purchased 2 new vehicles from them in August ('12 Leaf & '12 Murano). Both experiences were very positive. I didn't get the usual games and pressure which I have found to be typical at any of my prior new car purchasing experiences.
