I have made this my home Nissan dealership after another one down the road showed no care to really give me a personable experience. Every time I visit, there is a great camaraderie that comes from the staff. It's a great place to have your car serviced. The pricing is always great and you'll be pleased once they bring your car back to you in better condition than you gave it to them!
I had a wonderful experience and I attribute that to Randy Morse. He was very pleasant at the desk making sure that I was greeted properly, then he gave me a quick tour of your facility so that I would be comfortable while I waited. When my service was complete he gave me my "kroger card" for Nissan and explained all of the online benefit when I register. I look forward to having services done there in the future.
I purchased a new 2005 Pathfinder in December, 2004 from Sutherlin. The purchase experience was great, and I got exactly what I wanted at a price that I was happy with. Since then, I have had the car serviced at Sutherlin only. It has about 110K miles on it and looks, feels and performs like a new vehicle. For 8 years I have never had a bad experience. I bought my car at Sutherlin and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I hate dealing with the car buying process, but they made it very easy and affordable. I told them what I was looking for and they got me everything I wanted, and in my budget! Great service and friendly employees. Service technicians have kept my Armadain excellent mechanica shape. I have cloe to 100,000 miles on my 2008 Armada and still runs like new.
I have been a customer since 2006 and have had nothing less than a fantastic experience. The sales persons know their job and let you be in charge of the deal. The service department is outstanding. I have never had to make a return visit for the same problem. Service technicians like Mike and Andy are the best in the business. Their goal is perfertion and they are not far from achieving it! No complaints whatsoever!
