"Excellent service center " Treats you with importance. Very friendly and family oriented. Brooks in the service department is a great guy. He is the best I've seen in a service center.

Sutherlin nissan is by far the most efficient and friendly service center I’ve experienced by far. "Great customer service!" My salesman, Cheno, was outgoing, personable and very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rouge. He did not put any pressure on me, but was encouraging and helpful with my decision to purchase a car. My finance manager, Mr. Kim, was extremely kind and helpful in getting my payment plan set up. He thoroughly explained my options for extended warranties and service packages. I would highly recommend both Cheno and Mr. Kim to anyone who purchases a car from Sutherlin Nissan.

My purchase of a new Nissan from Sutherlin Nissan was such a pleasant experience. No pressure from the sales team. I got the price that made me truly happy. Buying a new car is normally a harrowing experience, not this time. I would be happy to return to buy another vehicle from Phillip Parker, my salesman. Maria Gutierrez also treated me very well on a recent visit.
