I had started my car search back in May and went to Gwinnett Place Nissan since the guy had agreed with me on pricing and everything via internet sales. On 5/11/2012, I had a 2nd Great experience purchasing a vehicle at Sutherland Nissan. I had only one car in mind and what I wanted to pay for it. I told Zack exactly what I expected and how I expected to get it, I was NOT looking for a sales tour and many other dealers to visit. Chris and Rudy pride themselves in making their customers happy and that was what I experienced. They gave professionalism and exceptional customer service. My last visit was Monday, April 16th.. As usual the service was excellent and the time spent was minimal. Living in Cumming, my options were to buy my Nissan in Roswell or further away, Sutherlin Mall of Georgia. I'm so glad I chose Sutherlin. The service has been my most satisfying experience. My husband and I visited the dealership to have a look at the 2011-2012 Nissan Murano and fell in love with a brand new 2012 Nissan Murano LE Platinum. Taylor did an excellent job working with me on Saturday for pruchasing the 2012 Nissan Rogue. He is patient, passionate and a nice listener. This purchase I did with him from Sutherlin Nissan is definitely the best experience I have ever had since I got to the States. It is not often that customers recieve 100% of what they are promised. Rudy delivered. My repairs were done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I was treated with respect and made to feel as if I was his only customer. Rudy's customer service went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
