After over 40 years of purchasing vehicles, this was the best experience my husband and I have ever encounterd. The sales rep, Cotton, was extremely professional, warm, and patient. I went to the dealership with low expectations as our credit had taken a hit with the recession and I'd had poor experiences with other dealers trying to capitalize on our situation. Very often, we complain about poor service, but forget to acknowledge outstanding service. On two separate occasions, we have had the opportunity to work with Kevin Parsons and Leanne Knight. On both occasions, they were extremely courteous, patiently answered our questions, and provided outstanding service. We had a couple of significant repair needs that we were stressed about. We bought a new Nissan Juke from Sutherlin on July 27, 2011. Our sales person was Vance Robinson and felt he was OUTSTANDING, before, during and after the sale. We also have nothing but GREAT things to say about Doug Wells, Sales Manager and Fred Marszalek, Finance Manager. Working so well with all three of these guys made this our very best ever new car buying experience. We also LOVE OUR NEW JUKE!! I was in and out the first day in less than an hour with a price quoted and approximate payment price. Vance and Susan were super helpful and friendly. I then proceeded to another Nissan dealer only to encounter the total opposite visit. I called Vance the next norning , answered several information questions and in an hour my new car was sitting waiting for me. They were very friendly. Everyone seemed really helpful and eager to help me. It was a fun and relaxed environment. The G.M. even showed me alot of the vehicles features and helped me program the bluetooth. I feel like I got a great deal on my trade and purchase and the customer service was top notch. They even sent me a birthday card with free service on my car as a present.
I Purchased 2011,0% APR with good credit. Financier was not honest didn't give me the 0% APR. Now I drive 2011 0% APR Nissan rip off placards. I'll inform members of the 1.2 million ppl. I work with to avoid rip off. I don't recommend the dealeship.
I have bought 2 new cars from this dealer and I must say that each experience has been great. I have had absolutely zero issues with the finance department or sales department. They are friendly and have been upfront and honest with me every time. I got an awesome deal on a new 2010 Altima and could not be happier. I will def recommend this dealership to others and I will be back when I am ready for another car in the future.
