This is the worst place in the world to rent from. They are terrible landlords they don't repair any thing

I was like you- checking around at the reviews and making excuses for the negative ones I read about this place - thinking it was some grump who had nothing better to do with thier time.. BOY WAS I WRONG.. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN to this place! The security gate they advertise - non exsistant - the tot lot - ALWAYS closed - the pool - not only is it closed at all times, but also has a big sign from the city stating that it is not in compliance with cities code. The area around garbage is disgusting AT ALL T... read more

I would never rent from this company again!!! They are Taking people hard earned money!!!! Very unprofessional!!! And very Unethical!!! Besides my husband and i cars being towed over 4 times yes 4 times!!!! I just tried to pay my last months rent $1345! Come to find out I cannot make the payment because my balance is 1610!! Yes 1610 Every single month there was an issue! My light bill for a two bedroom is never less than 180! Rent from the parks/ Symphony residential at your own risk! Thanking God that I just paid my last... read more

Today is the day to talk about Kathleen. I’ve been living in this community for the past 3maybe 4 years all because of her. She is patient, kind and is always willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I have. She is the reason that I have stayed within the community for such a prolonged period of time. Thank you Kathleen! It’s always a pleasure speaking to you whenever a concern arises.

The worst!!! Mold after a hurricane and when I stopped paying and moved they want to put an eviction without my knowledge,,,

This is why I give Symphony Residential 1 star. They deserve 0 stars but that's not an option.
