This place is disgusting there’s mold throughout the home there’s things that needs to be fixed I put tickets in 6 months ago over and over till now, and still the mfer’s still has not come out to address the situation. They are racist and don’t care about there tents I complain numerous times and nothing. Every time I use bleach to clean the mold it come right back!!!!! The landlord and his children that’s running the place don’t give 2 fucks about there tenants!!!!😢😢😡

The initial question asks, "Do you recommend Symphony Residential". My answer was NO. It's not for the reasons of customer service. Constanta Pineda provides great customer service and does her best to go out of her way to assist. I appreciated her kind demeanor and professionalism. i have been in my apartment going on four months. when i first moved in, i was not informed that i could not have a truck there a pretty big piece of information to not tell a potential renter. the apartment was and still is a disaster. my dead bolt lock doesn't work even now four months after i moved in. plaster from the ceilings is falling all over the building. i asked for a key to the pool house for some strange reason that key is harder to get than the winning lotto numbers.
